Farm year-round. Grow more. Waste less water. Drip, sprinkler, and gravity irrigation for Uganda.
Drip irrigation delivers water directly to the root zone of each plant through a network of mainlines, sub-mainlines, and emitter drip lines. It is the most water-efficient irrigation method available, with application efficiencies of 90–95%.
Best for: Vegetables, fruits, flowers, coffee, bananas, sugarcane, row crops.
Efficiency: 40–60% compared to sprinkler; 60–80% compared to flood irrigation.

Sprinkler irrigation mimics rainfall by distributing water through overhead nozzles. It is suitable for a wide range of crops and soil types, particularly where the terrain is undulating.
Best for: Pasture, maize, sorghum, wheat, grasslands, lawns, sports fields.
Efficiency: Application efficiency: 75–85%.

Micro-jets and micro-sprinklers deliver water to small areas around each plant, combining the precision of drip with the wetting pattern of sprinklers.
Best for: Orchards (mango, citrus, avocado, pawpaw), coffee, macadamia.
Efficiency: High precision with broader wetting pattern than drip.

Where a natural elevation difference exists between a water source and the field, gravity-fed irrigation uses no electricity. We design piped gravity distribution networks that deliver water through gated pipes, furrows, or low-pressure drip systems.
Best for: Hillside farms, areas without reliable power supply.
Efficiency: Zero energy costs — powered entirely by gravity.

For rice, sugarcane, and field crops, we design improved surface irrigation layouts including land levelling specifications, furrow spacing, head ditch design, and siphon/gated pipe water delivery systems to improve uniformity and reduce water waste.
Best for: Rice paddies, sugarcane fields, large field crops.
Efficiency: Significant uniformity improvement over unimproved flood methods.

From farm assessment to commissioning, we handle every step of your irrigation project.
We visit the farm, measure field area, assess soil texture and infiltration rate, determine crop type and planting layout, and calculate peak daily crop water demand.
We assess the capacity of the proposed water source (borehole yield, dam volume, river flow) to confirm it can meet peak crop demand.
Our engineers produce a full system layout drawing, pipe sizing hydraulic calculation, pump selection recommendation, and Bill of Quantities.
We procure quality materials (Netafim, Rivulis, John Deere Water, or equivalent approved brands) and execute installation with our trained field teams.
We flush the system, test all emitters and sprinklers, measure application uniformity, and train the farm operator in daily operation and maintenance.
Commercial vegetable farmers have reported 3x gross revenue increases after irrigation installation. Most drip irrigation systems achieve full ROI within 2–3 growing seasons.
